一、基本信息

刘颖,女,教授,博导,第七批陕西省人才计划入选者。中国科学院长春应用化学研究所博士毕业,从2007年至2012年先后以德国洪堡学者和博士后的身份在德国格赖夫斯瓦尔德大学、西班牙阿里坎特大学、美国明尼苏达大学和美国太平洋西北国家实验室工作,主要从事酶及微生物在固体电极表面的产电及电子转移机理的研究。以第一作者及通讯作者已发表SCI文章40余篇,是国际期刊Sensing and Bio-Sensing Research的编委成员并承担10余种国际一流学术期刊的审稿工作。

二、主要研究方向及承担的主要科研项目

主要利用微生物进行生物质能新能源的开发利用及在环境保护方面的应用研究

毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,在利用碳纳米管、石墨烯及纳米技术构建电化学生物传感器及开发生物燃料电池新能源方面积累了丰富的经验;在生物燃料电池(包括酶型和微生物型生物传感器)方面系统掌握了国际领先技术的实际操作及运行。曾先后以德国洪堡学者和博士后的身份在德国格赖夫斯瓦尔德大学、西班牙阿里坎特大学、美国明尼苏达大学和美国太平洋西北国家实验室工作。主要从事酶及微生物在固体电极表面的产电及电子转移机理的研究。目前,研究的主要内容是开发生物新能源,包括从环境中分离并鉴定高性能的产电微生物并分析其生理生化特性、揭示微生物与电极间的电子传递机理、提高微生物燃料电池产电性能及其在生物传感、污水处理、微塑料降解、土壤修复/生物燃料制取等方面的应用;直接利用秸秆作为燃料的新型绿色生物能源及利用微生物燃料电池降解重金属的研究;尤其是在利用电化学及电化学光谱联用等技术在研究电极界面电子转移机理方面取得了一些突破性进展和原创性成果,研究工作的相关成果全部以科技论文形式发表在相关领域国际一流学术期刊上。
